The Alidep® product line features various media combinations, primarily consisting of cellulose, filter aids, and positively charged resins. With high dirt-holding capacity, these filters are designed for clarifying cell culture fluids by progressive retention of intact cells and cell debris, turbidity reduction, and efficient adsorption of impurities such as DNA, HCP, and endotoxins, thereby reducing burden on downstream purification steps.
