Gas & Solvent Sterile Filtration Series

Used in fermentation related gas filtration, tank pressurization, product transfer, equipment sterilization, and extraction/purification, it removes microorganisms and particulates to protect sterile environments, cell culture systems, and final products. Core products include Alisafe^® TCHF sterile-grade hydrophobic PTFE gas filters, Alipore^® TEHF gamma-irradiation-resistant PES gas filters, and Alipore^® TAHF sterile-grade hydrophobic PTFE gas disc filters, covering steam-sterilized and gamma-irradiated applications. TCHF/TAHF are used for sterile filtration of N₂, O₂, CO₂, and compressed air; fermenter/storage tank vents; lyophilizer and autoclave exhaust; and organic solvent filtration. TEHF is resistant to gamma-ray irradiation and designed for single-use bag vents, bioreactor bag aeration, and related sterile gas filtration (air, H₂, N₂).
